  • The Website provides general information about Evalentrax, a trademark owned by Professional Health Hub Ltd. The Website is informational only. It does not sell, supply, or grant access to any product or service, and nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
  • These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Website only, as a visitor viewing its pages or submitting an enquiry. They do not relate to, and have no bearing on, any contract for the supply of the Evalentrax software, which is dealt with separately as described in clause 5 below.
  • By using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the Website.

2. Acceptable Use of the Website

  • You may browse the Website and use the enquiry form to ask a question or request to be contacted.
  • You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful, by attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website or any server or database connected to it, or by attacking the Website via a denial-of-service attack.
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to the Website, without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Enquiries Are Not a Contract

  • Submitting an enquiry, asking a question, or requesting to be contacted via the Website does not create any contract, commitment, or obligation on the part of either you or us.
  • Nothing displayed on the Website, including any description of features or general indications of how Evalentrax may work, should be relied upon as a representation, warranty, or term of any future contract. Any contract for the supply of Evalentrax will only exist once it has been put in writing and signed, as described in clause 5.

  • The Website, and all content on it, including text, images, logos and the Evalentrax name and branding, is owned by Professional Health Hub Ltd or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may view pages of the Website and print or save them for your own personal reference. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content from the Website for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

5. The Evalentrax Software Is Not Provided Through This Website

  • This Website is not the means by which Evalentrax is provided or made available to any organisation. The Website exists only to introduce Evalentrax, a trademark and product of Professional Health Hub Ltd, to interested parties.
  • Any organisation wishing to use the Evalentrax software must enter into a separate written contract directly with Professional Health Hub Ltd. That contract, and not this Website or these Terms, will set out the basis on which Evalentrax is supplied, including its scope, pricing, support arrangements and other applicable terms, and will be agreed individually between Professional Health Hub Ltd and that organisation.
  • Nothing in these Terms forms part of, or has any bearing on, that separate contract.

6. No Warranty and Liability

  • The Website is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that the information on it is complete, accurate, or up to date.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
  • Subject to clause 6.2, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website, including any indirect or consequential loss.

  • The Website may link to other websites, including those of the Professional Health Hub group such as UKDentalCourses.com and YourOnlineCPD.com, and to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content of any website we do not operate.
